With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, CALM Studio guides thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote physical and mental well-being. We also offer private classes and workshops in a variety of wellness practices, which include: strength and fitness training, Reiki, and essential oils.

Melissa Osborn

In 2016, after working for over 25 years as a personal trainer and health coach, in NYC, Melissa returned to Cape Cod to pursue her dream of opening a wellness studio here. A certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, essential oil educator, a painter, and an actress, she loves connecting with people through movement. Melissa believes that your workout should be tailored to what motivates you and what makes you feel good! She teaches Gentle and Moderate Vinyasa and is a certified Reiki Master.

Rachel Becker is a registered nurse, yoga instructor, and mother of two amazing daughters. She lives with her husband in Falmouth and enjoys cooking, reading, running, swimming, kayaking and spending time with family and friends. Rachel worked for a number of years as both a labor and postpartum doula as well as a maternity nurse. She teaches gentle hatha classes, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, prenatal yoga, essential oil classes and is a certified Reiki Master. Rachel infuses a gentle compassionate style into her classes.


Susan Galligani

Sue is a 500 RYT and a lifetime fitness instructor. She has a lifelong passion of sharing her love and work in well being. She has a BS in nutrition and is constantly learning.. to nourish the WARRIOR in her and to share and encourage the Warrior in her clients.



Margot Garritt

Margot Garritt is a certified Svaroopa yoga teacher. She brings her compassion, caring and many years of experience to this therapeutic, healing class. This class heals on many deep levels.


Kelly Guay

Kelly is a Holistic Wellness Coach, busy mom of four kids and an awesome pup, Cocoa. She loves the beach and the warmer weather. She loves to write, cook, entertain and spend time with friends. She enjoys integrating “real life” into her yoga classes! She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and a post baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education from Bridgewater State University.  She is also an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Certified.


Lisa Sullivan

Lisa, a former Marine Biologist turned full-time yoga teacher, is deeply committed to fostering wellness and resilience in her students, particularly those in conservation and veterinary fields. Thrilled to be back in Falmouth with her husband, Dylan, and their pets, Lisa is a registered yoga teacher dedicated to lifelong learning. Her compassionate teaching style empowers students to discover their inner strengths through personalized classes tailored to their unique needs, emphasizing inclusivity and the belief that yoga should adapt to fit the student.
