You’re invited to a day to support your head and neck! You can expect techniques associated with Restorative and Yin yoga styles, as well as some self massage. Our primary goal in physical practice is always to better understand our own catches and balances. For many of us, stress can present in the jaw and shoulders first. Through patience and a close relationship to “the pressure of the floor” we’ll etch away at contraction in some of the most pervasive and commonly held tension in the body.
Ryan Hill has been teaching in the Boston area and abroad for over 15 years. He is certified in Restorative Yoga through Judith Laseter (Relax and Renew), became a Myofascial Yoga Therapist with David Vendetti, and did secondary training with Barbara Benagh and assisted her trainings.
