You’re invited to a day to support your spine! Our primary goal in physical practice is always to better understand our own catches and balances. We inherently tend to move from our extremities: the hands; the feet; but we can learn to initiate movement from closer to the center. This class will transition from long held restorative postures to slow explorative movement. Through patience and a close relationship to “the pressure of the floor” we’ll etch away at contraction in some of the most pervasive and commonly held tension in the body.
