Join Rachel for this 1.5 hr workshop on meditation as we bring our energies together and share our sense of community. This class will help us tap into our own inner sense of peace and strength. We will explore the benefits of meditation, creating our space, preparing the body for meditation, breathwork and different types of meditation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a favorite object you can hold in your hand. A small notebook or journal may also be helpful.
