Calm and fit is an online workout series. Every Monday morning we send you a recorded workout, which is good for 2 weeks, until your next workout arrives by email! This 10 week series includes 5 workouts, as well as encouraging tips and videos! Suggested equipment is a sturdy chair, 2 dumbbells, a mat and an exercise band.
